Delta Links is a networking program to link Cornell’s active sisters with alumnae to provide career mentorship and networking opportunities and to show the value of our lifelong sisterhood.

Networking! was on March 30th. Networking is a lifelong process of making and cultivating connections. We’ll learn about interacting with others to exchange information and develop professional contacts. This workshop with de-mystify the process and provide actionable steps to help you start a network (revelation: you already have one!) or re-energize your existing networking process. Suitable for undergrads and alumnae alike. Please join us!

Personal Finance, was on May 4th and was Presented by Krista Heskestad Anderson ’91. Did you know that personal finance is 20% knowledge and 80% behavior?  Join us to learn the basics you need to figure out how to develop the behaviors you need to save up your first million. Gain the money management skills that will serve as the foundation for the rest of your life. We will cover all the key information you must know to be financially independent including:
           How much can you spend on housing?
           Should I buy a new car?
           What is a 401K?
           What bank accounts do I need?
           How do I manage my credit card(s)?
           How soon can I become a millionaire?

Mentoring

Once you have signed up for Delta Links, we’ll send you an email or newsletter with an “invitation code”. You’ll use that code to sign up on this website and once you’ve signed up you’ll be able to look through the Delta Links Directory and Create a Profile! You can choose a mentor or choose to be a mentor, or to network or just to connect with Tri-Delta friends. Your data is private and available only to the Alpha Beta Tri-Delta members.

We hope to help pair up undergrads with one or more alumnae based on synergy from a career/interest perspective to offer career connections, advice and opportunities for networking.
